Measurements supplied by the customer

Orders and payment

An order is not treated as paid until payment confirmation is received from the payment provider. The atelier may contact the customer if an order cannot be fulfilled as submitted.

Policies

Shipping and custom-made/refund conditions form part of these terms. Custom-made orders are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or standard size exchanges. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
