Custom-made orders

Because each garment is produced to individual measurements, change-of-mind returns, standard size exchanges and returns because the customer prefers another fit are not available for custom-made orders.

Please check measurements carefully

The customer is responsible for submitting accurate measurements. The atelier may contact the customer to confirm measurements before production where clarification is needed.

Problem with an order

If an item arrives damaged, has a confirmed production defect or is materially different from the confirmed order, contact the atelier promptly with the order reference and supporting details or photographs. The case will be reviewed individually.

Refunds where applicable

A refund may be considered when approved by the atelier or where required by applicable consumer law. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
