Made-to-measure preparation

Every garment is prepared to the measurements submitted with the order. Production timing can vary by design, material availability and whether the atelier needs to confirm measurements.

Shipping with DHL

All completed online orders are shipped with DHL. When your order is dispatched, its status is changed to Shipping and an automatic email is sent with the DHL tracking number.

Tracking your order

You can also check your order through My account using your order reference and email address. Once the order is in Shipping, the DHL tracking number is displayed there.

Customs and import charges

International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes or import fees charged by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery details

Please provide a complete delivery address and reachable phone number. Contact the atelier as soon as possible if delivery information needs correction before dispatch.
