Do you use standard dress sizes?

No. The online checkout is based on individual body measurements instead of S, M, L or XL.

Can I enter measurements in inches?

Yes. Choose USA · inch during checkout. European customers can use centimetres.

How do I know if a product is on sale?

Only products with a reduced sale price appear on the SALE page. Their original and reduced prices are displayed together.

How is payment completed?

Payment is completed through Paysera. The website sends you to Paysera’s secure checkout and records the order as paid after confirmation from Paysera.

Can the atelier contact me about my measurements?

Yes. If a measurement appears incomplete or unusual, the atelier may contact you using the details submitted with the order.

Can I return a custom-made dress?

Change-of-mind returns and standard size exchanges are not available because each dress is produced to the measurements submitted for the individual customer. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

How is my order shipped?

All completed online orders are shipped with DHL. When the order is marked Shipping, an automatic email is sent with the DHL tracking number.
